Web Binary Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Web Binary platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Web Binary, a sole proprietorship registered in Sri Lanka. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our networking tools, marketplace, and research resources. All users are expected to utilize the platform for its intended professional purposes and must comply with the Computer Crimes Act No. 24 of 2007 and the Electronic Transactions Act No. 19 of 2006. Web Binary retains exclusive ownership of all intellectual property, including source code, algorithms, and research deliverables hosted on the site, as protected by the Intellectual Property Act No. 36 of 2003. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the platform's public features, but any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our proprietary content is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution.

Web Binary maintains a strict policy regarding liability and service standards. While we strive for 99.5% system uptime, our services are provided on an "as is" basis, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Any attempt to circumvent our security controls, distribute malware, or engage in unauthorized "scraping" of member data will result in immediate account termination and potential referral to the authorities. In the event of a dispute, all parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before proceeding to mandatory arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, conducted in English under the Arbitration Act No. 11 of 1995. By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms in their entirety.

Web Binary Refund and Cancellation Policy

Web Binary offers a tiered membership structure, including Premium access to exclusive networking events, advanced analytics, and marketplace features. We operate on a transparent billing cycle to ensure clarity for our global members. Users have the right to cancel their Premium subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard; upon cancellation, access to premium features will remain active until the conclusion of the current paid billing period. Because our services provide immediate access to digital assets, proprietary research, and professional networking opportunities that carry value from the moment of activation, we generally do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service.

Refund requests are only considered in exceptional circumstances, specifically involving documented technical failures that prevent access to the service as defined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). Such requests must be submitted to our billing department within seven (7) business days of the transaction in question. Web Binary reserves the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of platform misuse or a violation of our Code of Conduct. For high-level consulting or cybersecurity services governed by a separate Client Service Agreement, refund terms are dictated by the specific milestones and termination clauses outlined in that individual contract. All financial transactions and disputes are handled in compliance with the Payment Devices Frauds Act No. 30 of 2006 and Sri Lankan financial regulations.
